ENTRUST regulate the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs. As a regulator ENTRUST do not fund any work themselves. Please read the 'Finding Funding' element of this website to find out more on funding.
It is hoped that the operation of the LCF is undertaken in line with the Landfill Tax Regulations (1996). However there may be occasions when serious concerns about the operation of the fund may arise and it may be appropiate to raise these concerns to relevant organisations, who can investigate further.
