Reporting forms
All reporting forms can be found in the ENTRUST Reporting Forms section of the Library. They can be summarised very briefly as below: -
- Annual Financial Return to be submitted to ENTRUST (plus a supplementary form if you run out of space detailing all your projects)
- Notify ENTRUST of monies received directly from a Landfill Operator
- Notify ENTRUST when you transfer money to another Environmental Body
- Notify ENTRUST of a change in trustee, director or board member
- Notify ENTRUST of a change in your main communication contact for your organisation
