Registered and Revoked EBs
Environmental Bodies (EBs) whose enrolment has been revoked by ENTRUST. Such revocations may be compulsory (where the EBs cease to meet the legal requirements as laid down in regulation 33A of the Landfill tax Regulations) or it may have been at the EBs own request.
