Changes to the Landfill Communities Fund announced by the Government in the 2008 Budget and effective from 1 April 2008.

ENTRUST Appoints New Board Members in Latest Move to Enhance Service to Communities

Lorraine Clinton and Will Lifford were today named as new Non-Executive Directors of ENTRUST, the Regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF). They will take up their appointments from 01 June 2008.

All EBs: Statutory Annual Return (Form 4)

Following the 2008 Budget announcement, all registered Environmental Bodies (EBs) must complete and submit a statutory annual return to ENTRUST within 28 days of the end of the reporting period, which has been set at 31 March.
