EB Satisfaction Survey - Deadline Extend

We have extended the deadline for responses to our Satisfaction Survey to 09 July 2010. We would like to thank all EBs who have responded so far, and for those that have not this is your chance to have your say about ENTRUST's performance. Responses are also welcomed anonymously.
We are committed to improving the service levels we offer our stakeholders and value feedback about our services from Environmental Bodies (EBs), whether it is constructive criticism, compliments or suggestions about our services. To aid this process, we have developed the EB Satisfaction Survey to gather evidence on our current performance levels. The results will be analysed and published on the ENTRUST website along with an action plan to address the points raised.
