EB Satisfaction Survey Reminder

Our satisfaction survey is now live and will be open until 18 July 2011. Thank you to all Environmental Bodies (EBs) that have responded so far.
If you haven’t yet completed our survey, now is your chance to let us know your views to help us to consider how we can improve our service levels to you. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and you can make your response anonymously if you would like to.
