Publication of the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996

The Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) is governed by the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 (Regulations). Although we have reproduced sections of the Regulations in our guidance manual for Environmental Bodies (EBs), a number of EBs have suggested that it would be beneficial for us to publish the Regulations on our website for ease of access.
