Regulatory Change Consultation

ENTRUST is currently running a consultation looking to review the issue of regulatory change and gather stakeholder feedback on a number of issues currently being faced in the regulation of the LCF.
The consultation also provides a vehicle whereby stakeholders can advise ENTRUST of regulatory issues currently being encountered.
These issues will be reviewed as part of this consultation and if deemed to be appropriate, subsequently officially submitted to HMRC for consideration.
The full consultation document can be accessed HERE. Responses are welcomed from stakeholders until the 13th of March 2009.
To discuss the issues raised in the document further, and to allow stakeholders to raise regulatory change proposals, ENTRUST propose to hold a focus group. ENTRUST is keen for stakeholders to attend this focus group and will aim to arrange it at a location and time that is suitable for those that express an interest.
