Satisfaction Survey 2009

Each year ENTRUST conduct a Satisfaction Survey, this is your opportunity to give us your views and help us continually improve on the service we provide to EBs. This year, so that we can capture as many EBs views as we can, and to make the process as simple as possible we have introduced an online version of the survey.
We’d love to know how we are doing, so if you are a registered EB, it would be great if you could spare a few moments to fill out the short questionnaire. It’s very quick and simple to use and will only take a few minutes to complete. Please respond by 27 July 2009. The results will be referred to the Board and will be published on the ENTRUST website; thank you.
