SFO Announces on the 2nd September 2005 that three men have been found guilty in a landfill tax fraud.
Three men were sentenced on the 2nd September at Wood Green Crown Court after being found guilty of siphoning funds from an environmental tax credit scheme for landfill waste. Over £1 million in grants and fees was manipulated through false invoices and kickback arrangements. One defendant was acquitted. Full details can be found at:
