We are now in deadline week for the completion of the Form 4 Statutory Annual Return. As an Environmental Body (EB) enrolled with ENTRUST it is a statutory requirement that you submit a Statutory Annual Return (Form 4) by Thursday 28 April 2016.
If you are an enrolled EB with ENTRUST there are just a few days remaining until the deadline for submitting your Form 4 Statutory Annual Return to remain compliant with the Regulations.
You are required to complete a Form 4, even if you have not received or spent any LCF money during the reporting period (the reporting period is 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016). This is known as a nil return.
If you do not complete your Annual Return to meet the deadline of Thursday 28 April, your EB will be in breach of the Regulations and be subject to Enforcement Action.
1. You can complete your Form 4 quickly and easily and submit through ENTRUST Online (EOL), our online database which will pre-populate many of the fields for you, with the information we already hold.
2. If you have already registered for EOL and have forgotten your password please go to EOL, enter your email address and click on the forgotten password link. A reminder of your password will then be sent to you by email.
