ENTRUST runs a number of basic and advanced training sessions each year to help people new to the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) learn more about the Scheme, how it is run and what their obligations are under the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 (Regulations).
Where possible we hold our training sessions at venues which have benefited from LCF monies. Our training on Thursday 20 February 2014 is being held at Bristol Folk House, an adult education centre in Bristol, which received £5,000 from the LCF through the Quartet Community Foundation to renew the floor covering in the entrance, reception, teaching and recreational areas.
Jane Bailey, ENTRUST Regulations Manager said: “We are pleased to yet again be hosting our basic training at a venue which has received LCF monies. The completed work is a great example of the benefits the LCF provides to local communities.
