We are committed to improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to stakeholders. To ensure that we are making progress each year, we ask enrolled Environmental Bodies (EBs) regulated by us to provide us with information on their level of satisfaction with us and our services as regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
Our 2016 survey is now open until Sunday 26 June and we have sent this to the main contacts of all enrolled EBs to gather their views and opinions on our services.
This year we have updated the survey to ensure we are asking the right questions, in the right way, so we can get the best and most relevant feedback from our stakeholders.
Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey. You can view the findings from the 2015 survey and previous surveys on our website.
