Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) emails from ENTRUST

As the regulator of the LCF we regularly communicate with you via email regarding important information relating to the LCF and the statutory obligations of Environmental Bodies (EBs).

We often use a bulk email supplier to send out these emails. We are committed to providing cost effective and high quality regulatory services and due to a recent value for money review we are changing email supplier.

Typically our emails are sent to the main contact of an EB. Our quarterly eNewsletters are also sent to all of those who have subscribed through the ENTRUST website. If you are not the main contact of your EB, or you are interested in keeping in touch with key updates about the LCF, this is an excellent way to get key information and updates. You can subscribe to quarterly eNewsletters using the 'Register for updates' option at the bottom right of our website home page.

We will only use your email address to contact you on matters relating to your EB and your statutory obligations or with information about the LCF. We never pass your details to third parties.

The first communication sent from the new email address will be our quarterly newsletter which is due to be sent by Thursday 21 January. If you do not receive the email please check your junk or spam folders.

Email systems can be highly sophisticated and to ensure you continue to receive emails about the LCF we would like to share the following tips:

  • Please add the email address 'LCF@enews.entrust.org.uk' to your safe senders list. When you receive the January eNewsletter from us you will see a link at the top of the email which says 'add to safe senders'. All you need to do is click on this link and follow the instructions. This link will be available on all of our emails sent using the bulk email system.
  • If you would like to forward the email to someone else, you will see a 'forward to a friend' link at the top of the email. Please use this link rather than the forward function in your own email settings.  This link will only be present in emails sent from our bulk email supplier, in other emails you can continue to forward from your own email settings.
  • Please do not unsubscribe from our emails unless you have signed up in error, or unless you are no longer involved with the LCF. Unsubscribing from our emails will mean that you can no longer be sent important information about the LCF. You should not choose this option if you are an enrolled EB as it will mean you miss vital information about your statutory obligations.

If you are receiving emails from us and you are no longer involved with the EB or there is a different contact email address please let us know and we will update our records. Please email your updated contact details to our Helpline. Please give your name, EB name, EB number (if known), and either the new email address or the details of the new EB main contact person.

If you have subscribed to our enewsletters in error and you have no involvement with the LCF please email us and we will remove your details from our email database. Alternatively you can use the unsubscribe link which you will find at the bottom of any bulk emails we have sent you.
