Vacancy for a Registrations Officer

We have a vacancy for a Registrations Officer. This role supports the Policy and Regulations Manager with the effective and professional operational delivery of the Registrations function, particularly enrolling organisations, approving compliant community-based and environmental projects and providing registrations advice and information.

The post holder will report to the Policy and Regulations Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of:

  • Enrolling organisations;
  • Assessing submitted projects; and
  • Giving advice and guidance to stakeholders on registrations and policy issues.

 

The successful candidate will be a highly competent administrator with experience of processes within a similar environment. We are particularly looking for someone with experience of undertaking administrative functions within tight deadlines who is able to work with a high level of attention to detail. Whilst knowledge of the LCF is not required, it is important that the post holder is able to absorb and understand Regulations and the scheme quickly, is persistent and tenacious in obtaining accurate information and has strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.

In addition the post holder will contribute to the wider Policy and Regulations team, providing advice to organisations via our email and telephone Helplines. Customer service skills are essential in order that we can continue to meet the service standards we have established for our stakeholders.

The role offers a salary of £21,000 - £23,000, dependent on knowledge and experience and 25 days annual leave.
