We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator. This role provides administrative support across our organisation to assist in the effective and professional operational delivery of our corporate objectives.
The post holder will report to both the Policy and Regulations Manager and the Finance Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the following teams and individuals:
- The Policy and Regulations Team;
- The Finance Team;
- The Communications Manager; and
- The PA to the CEO
The successful candidate will be a highly competent administrator with experience within a similar environment. We are particularly looking for someone with experience of undertaking administrative functions within tight deadlines who is able to complete work with a high level of attention to detail. Whilst knowledge of the LCF is not required, it is important that the post holder is able to understand the scheme quickly. The successful post holder will have strong prioritisation and organisational skills, a good level of computer literacy and a willingness to assist with ad hoc projects.
In addition the post holder will handle external enquiries from organisations via our email and telephone Helplines. Customer service and communications skills are essential in order that we can continue to meet the service standards we have established for our stakeholders.

The role offers a salary of circa £16,000 dependent on knowledge and experience, more may be available for an exceptional candidate, and 25 days annual leave.
