Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the availability of Environmental Body (EB) staff and volunteers we have extended the deadline of our annual Satisfaction Survey so more stakeholders can provide their opinions on our regulation of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
The survey is now open until Sunday 16 August 2020.
If you have already completed our satisfaction survey, thank you very much for taking the time to tell us what you think about our regulation of the LCF.
If you have not had a chance to complete the survey please do, as we value your views and opinions and will use them to improve our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to stakeholders as regulator of the LCF.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete, depending on how many of our services you use, and can be completed anonymously. Once the survey has closed we will review the findings and will publish a report of these on our website, alongside an action plan to respond to the key themes from the survey.
