We have created a new survey for EBs to tell us about their experiences of using ENTRUST Online (EOL) and to provide any feedback for development of the system.
We are committed to continually improving our performance and the quality of the regulatory services we provide to stakeholders. EOL is an online system developed by ENTRUST, to enable Environmental Bodies (EBs) to provide the information required to participate in the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
In 2018 we held a consultation review of EOL, and following EB feedback we made a number of improvements to the system. As part of our programme of continuous improvements, in the 2021 EB Satisfaction Survey Action Plan we set out our intention to ask EBs for their experience of using EOL, and any feedback for helpful changes which could be made to improve ease of use.
This survey should take no more than eight minutes and can be completed anonymously. The survey ends on Sunday 6 February 2022, after this we will collate the responses and publish a report on our website. ENTRUST will consider all feedback and suggestions in deciding on whether to make improvements to EOL. Any proposals will be subject to a full cost benefit appraisal to ensure the proper use of resources.
