The Open Day allows staff from Environmental Bodies (EBs) to meet ENTRUST staff in a more open, relaxed environment.
There is a preliminary agenda for the day which you can download on the right hand side of this page. The aim of the day is flexibility and we can discuss what matters to you on the day. We can talk about issues you are currently facing and focus on specific topics; the day's topics will be led by your needs.
You will meet people from all the teams at ENTRUST and gain an insight into how we operate as the regulator of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF). You will meet key staff on a tour of the offices, helping you to understand how we operate. We are also running informal sessions focusing on the key areas of Regulations and Registrations and also Compliance and Enforcement. Additionally there will be a workshop focusing on how to complete forms on ENTRUST Online (EOL), an area we know can be confusing for EBs. The day will run from 10am to 2pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
