Under the Scotland Act 2012, Scottish Parliament has new powers in relation to tax.
This includes Landfill Tax and will have an impact on the LCF in Scotland.
The Scottish Government are consulting on Landfill Tax until 15 January 2013 and chapter five of the consultation specifically addresses the LCF.
