Balgavies Loch - Provision of a Circular Walk around Loch

The project aims to provide members of the public with safe and easy access to an area rich is biodiversity and historical heritage. Currently visitors to the reserve only have access to a hide and a view point. The project will greatly improve access to and enjoyment of the reserve by providing a 2.5km circular walkway within the reserve. Visitors will be able to walk around the loch, enjoying the beautiful surroundings with its diverse flora and fauna, safely away from the quarry traffic
