Public space improvements and refurbishment, including entrance and events area. The improvements include the following: • Remove floor coverings, refurbish, repair, relay timber floor and entrance mat • Refurbish front door and threshold • Replace lighting with new feature lighting incorporating low energy where appropriate • Refurbish inner doors • Refurbish entrance area walls and repaint • Provide new flooring to tourist information office • Provide new community notice boards and building information panels • Install more sympathetic emergency lighting/fire exit signage • Provide new external sign and lighting to doorway
