Community garden with orchard, art space, natural play and chalet

To provide a modular/portable building (chalet), with photovoltaics for power, in the new community garden in Robertson Street, Dundee. This will offer a pleasant meeting space for the local community with kitchen facilities and storage space, and will open up the project to a wider range of participants for longer hours. It will also allow art, cooking and other social events to take place on site.
