Community Hall and facilities – flooring modernisation

The community rooms and facilities are to have their floors modernised by changing old carpet tiles, carpets and worn out flooring for non slip vinyl. The uneven historic wooden floor will need covering with plywood before the new vinyl is laid. The new flooring will improve hygiene, health and safety and comfort. It will especially benefit the toddlers who crawl on the floor.

The funds will be spent on new safety vinyl flooring and plywood under it. A contingency has been allowed for any necessary floor repairs and door adjustment.
