Cornerstone Phase 2

Whilst Phase 1 of the project will produce a fully completed ground floor, the 2 rooms on the first floor will be left as a timber/brick shell and roof. This framework will therefore need completely fitting out. This includes the installation of stairs and a lift (for disabled access). Provision of an accessible toilet, and flooring, plasterboarding, decorating, carpeting, etc, to make it a useable space.
