Creation of Disabled Toilet (and ancillary works)

To create a disabled toilet adjacent to the first-floor level hall of a church building. Currently there are no disabled facilities at that level, and the facilities need to be created to comply with current requirements for the disabled. Creation of toilet necessitates altering the existing upstairs kitchen, in need of refurbishment. The works to create the toilet and to refurbish the kitchen will accordingly be carried out simultaneously
