Elam Street Healthy Living Site

This project will sustainably transform Elam Street Open Space into a welcoming urban amenity used to promote healthy lifestyles amongst people with chronic illness and community members of all ages.
Working in partnership with local PCTs, this project will involve members of the community and other project beneficiaries in the design process, building community cohesion and innovative partnerships. This project will result in the implementation of physical improvements to the site, including installation of a ‘trim trail’, regeneration of a dilapidated pond area, creation and installation of informative signage, and other environmental improvements as designed through the collaborative consultation process
