Footpaths at Alkrington Woods

The Friends of Alkrington Woods is a voluntary organisation to assist wardens in a variety of woodland tasks. Many footpaths at Alkrington Woods Nature Reserve have deteriorated over the years, making public access difficult. Funding will be put towards the provision and maintenance of footpaths throughout the woodland and nature reserve. This will identify all-access routes, suitable for walkers, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
