Growing in St Johns creating a meadow open space

Growing in St John’s is a community wild space project supported by the Green Light Trust. Colchester Borough Council has leased an area of land in St John’s to the organisation and their current project involves creating a meadow open space habitat on a boggy clay soil. The area will be used for public recreation.
