Habitat Heroes – Biodiversity Action at Wormwood Scrubs

To conserve and enhance the biodiversity of Wormwood Scrubs and Little Wormwood Scrubs Parks in Hammersmith and Fulham through a programme of volunteer days. The project will improve connectivity and create wildlife corridors through hedgerow and whip planting to reduce habitat fragmentation. It will increase floral diversity, provide improved foraging for bats and benefit a range of other species, particularly the Common Lizard, House Sparrow, other birds and butterflies.
