Non Primary Resouces – what they are and how to use them

To provide a web based guide to take designers and contractors through all aspects of non – primary ( recycled, re-usable, reclaimed and secondary) construction resource use. This will update CIRIA’s existing publication (the Reclaimed and Recycled Materials Handbook) and add new information.
