Rayleigh refurbishment of play area and paths

Phase II of refurbishment work which involves removal of dangerous play equipment and bark surfacing and the provision of two new items of equipment and ‘grass mat’ surfacing to replace the extensive bark covered area together with repairs and improvements to the pathway system to improve accessibility.
