Rebuild of Scout Hall in Dundonald

Carry out complete rebuild with removal of Asbestos from the site. The need for this project is due to the collapse of the flooring, Asbestos wall and roof, Leaking Roof,Electrical wiring problems. Also the size of the Group is now so large that the Hall is too small to accomodate all the different levels.
