Refurbishment of Potterton Community Centre

The Potterton Community Centre is the only such facility in the village and was originally the old school. It is now used by local groups eg playgroups and uniformed organisations on a regular basis. The project will upgrade the centre, with double glazing, suspended ceiling, additional storage and redecoration. This work will reduce energy use and give the many users of the centre better facilities. See attached letter from BCC. It is proposed that the work should be done July/August as the local groups do not meet in the summer holidays and therefore the disruption will be less
