Regeneration of Tennis courts in Belair Park

To replace public tennis courts in the park. Tennis for free will fund the work to the courts, in return the courts will be free for the general public to use at all times. The local council will allow tennis for free to operate coaching sessions on the courts on a weekly basis. The tennis facilities will be free to use by all members of the local community.
