Replacement of Worn Tennis Court Surface (4 courts) with New Synthetic Surface

To replace current tennis court surface nearing the end of its serviceable life with a new tufted sand-filled synthetic grass carpet. The project to include insurances, transport and supervision. The refurbishment to include uplift and disposal of existing surface, clean off and repair sub-surface as required, install new surface and lay down line markings for four tennis courts. There will be a contingency for any repairs to drainage, sub-surface and hard edging and testing on completion.
