Restoration at Parish of Coleraine, St Patricks and St Andrews

Install a safety ring at ladder in bell ringers chamber to meet health and safety requirements.
Install safety rails and handrail into the basement boiler room and electric meter room to meet health and
safety requirements.
Install handrail at steps at rear access to church to meet health and safety requirements.
Electrical works to make interior and exterior lighting more energy efficient and safe.
Install new path lights for health and safety purposes
Install pillar lights at entrance of church (to replace the two missing)
Rear Servery lighting – danger of handling hot liquids in reduced level of light.
New power sockets to reduce over loading at existing socket and adding a new under counter water heater
(to reduce the need of boiling kettles for washing dishes)
Replacing foundation lighting as fitting no longer working in one light and both energy inefficient to better
enable tourists to view the medieval foundations of the church.
