Restoration of Listed Lych gate

To preserve a listed building in a state of decay. The roof has suffered damage, with tiles fallling off, and the water incursion has weakened the whole Lych gate and chapel structure. Repair roof, replacing tiles, timber, lead etc. Repair and rebuild left arch, replace chapel door and make good whole structure to English Heritage requirements.
