Roof Repairs, Crowstone St George’s United Reformed Church, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex

This is a project relates to repairs to the church roof and comprises: renewal of lead roofing to valleys, gutters and claddings with associated carpentry work; renewal of lead flashings; repairs to the tiled roofs; repairs and other work to the copper clad roof lantern; repairs to the asphalt roofing/paving; repairs to high level masonry parapets and copings; repairs and redecoration to rainwater goods; cleaning of rainwater gullies and flushing of below ground drainage. It will be followed by repair/redecoration of internally damaged areas as a result of water ingress.
