Rough Commom Village Hall – New Toilets

The building was a redundant church, moved to the existing site at the end of WW2. It was partially refurbished in 1986 and little has been done to it since. At a public meeting local people voted to completely refurbish the hall. To allow such a large project to be realistically achieved, it has been divided into several phases that do not rely upon each other. This first phase will provide male and female toilets. It will be an extension to the main hall and can be constructed with little disruption to the use of the hall, while the existing toilets remain in use.
