Shawmuir Lodge Refurbishment

To repair and refurbish the category B listed Shawmuir Lodge building at the entrance to Pollok Park in Glasgow. The building is empty and derelict and in very poor condition. It is intended that GBPT progress the work of SBPT(which previously engaged with and secured Entrust funds) to bring the building back into use as a letting property with the collaboration of a suitable end user. Restoring the building will remove a source of visual blight from the entrance of a significant Glasgow landmark and enhance the experience for visitors and the local community.
