Sparkwell Parish Hall Extension and Improvements

To expand the facilities available n the parish hall at Sparkwell village, the project proposes:

To provide a theatrical stage,
To fit an access lift for the disabled,
To create a storage area for toys and props and
to fit an alarm system to the newly-extended building
