St Andrew’s Community Centre Refurbishment

In 2017, we repaired the leaking roof and refurbished the toilets. Many rooms have wall and ceiling water damage and all meeting rooms (3) and kitchen show much wear and tear. As a community centre the building is used by many groups. To facilitate better use, accessibility and enhance health and safety, we propose to recarpet, repair & redecorate interior, increase storage capacity, remodel and equip the kitchen to benefit all users.
