St Clement's Tower Restoration Phase 1

Surveying of St Clement's church tower (Sandwich-Kent) and an estimation of costs of restoration. Phase 1- erection of scaffolding and safety measures. Complete removal of corroded castellated parapets and replacement with new in Caen stone. (There willl be further phases in future years)
