St John the Apostle – Restoration of Spire & Stonework

The repair and restoration of the tower and spire of this grade II listed church, at Marchwood, Southampton. The restoration will restore the spire back to its original height removing unsightly scaffold protection which has been in place for nearly 10 years. It will involve the replacement of decayed high level stonework which is now dangerous. The LTCS funding will go mainly towards the stonework repairs with a small contribution to professional fees
