Tiptree Parish Council – Grove Road Playground

The project aims to provide a new play area for children under the age of 16 years, on the playing field at Grove Road.
The site is adjacent to a new housing estate that does not have any play facilities. Tiptree Parish Council owns the playing field and has accounted for the continued cost of maintaining the play area. Planning permission is not required for the site.
Approximately 1800 children, between the ages of 5 and 16years, in the Tiptree area will benefit from the new play area.
Use of the play area will be available to the public from 8.30am to sunset, everyday of the year.
