Upgrading the boiler system at St. Annes

Our project is to boost community cohesion by replacing our old, inefficient clubhouse boiler system with a new, energy efficient and environmentally friendly alternative.

Our clubhouse is used by a range of community groups annually, hired for birthdays, weddings, funerals, and business meetings, plus our 500 sporting users, friends and family. Our current boiler system is out-dated and not fit for purpose, costing us in excess of £6,000 on gas alone annually to keep our visitors comfortable.
Our current boiler is now considered obseolete. We had an engineer out to look at it and he gave us a report stating our current boiler would be unfit for purpose in two years or less.
