West Mersea Town Council Multi Wheeled Sports facility

Following public consultation identifying a lack of youth facilities on Mersea Island, West Mersea Town Council engaged the services of a design company to support the design and consultation process for a 500sqm multi-wheeled sports facility at Mersea Park. The new facility will accommodate skates, bikes, scooters and skateboards. It is hoped that local businesses will participate in a ‘loan’ scheme via the school, so that youngsters without their own wheels will be able to participate.
