Age Concern Merton - Up to Date
To refurbish the public areas of our building to facilitate increased community usage. Additionally the rental income is a valuable source of income in supporting our charity. Our building was constructed 25 yrs ago and has only received minimal updating since. Whilst it meets general current safety and access requirements; we have become aware of the poor decoration and materials failing eg: worn flooring and rotting timbers around the windows and doors etc.
