A repair is required to the Kintore Scout Hut roof to halt the ingress of rainwater. The current leak is a health and safety issue as there is a risk of injury caused by slipping on the wet floor when it rains. In addition, it would assist in making the hall acceptable to community groups interested in booking the hall, thereby boosting the income of the group and helping to cover running costs.
